Senior Mortgage Consultant and the leader of our sub-prime mortgage division. Mr. Kiley specializes in finding financing for those tough to place loans, creative financing options, and applying the extra time needed for those difficult loans. Mr. Kiley is also highly trained in first-time home-buyer financing and has assisted many clients in buying their first home with little to no money down, even when other companies were not able to provide financing.

- Ryan Reynolds - Florida Senior Mortgage Assistant

Ryan brings over 12+ years of experience and over 10 years of management experience in the mortgage industry to First Security Financial Services, Inc. Ryan helps with mortgage consulting and with our operations down in the state of Florida. He is the companies most trustworthy advisor and has a tremendous amount of knowledge to offer.

- Donna Flynn - Senior Loan Processor/Office Manager

Donna is the wheel that keeps the company going. She is a tremendous asset to the company and insures that each and every one of our clients transactions are handled quickly, efficiently, and properly. Donna is also in charge of quality control and is a main component in the company's system of checks and balances.
